HOW MANY LIFE COACH SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
Short-term Goals
For these time-critical goals, you should aim to meet with your coach once a week as a minimum and preferably twice a week for the first week or two. So, you're looking at around eight to 12 life coaching sessions in total.

Long Term Goals
You should aim to meet with your coach once a week and within 6-8 weeks, possibly meet bi-monthly.

The GREAT thing about coaching is that it is convenient. There are several ways to hold coaching sessions:

HOW IS COACHING DIFFERENT THAN PSYCHOTHERAPY?
The differences between coaching and psychotherapy are:

Coaches focus on YOUR future. Therapists focus on the past.

As a Coach, I work with the mind, body and spirit (Holistic approach). Therapists work with the unconscious mind.

Coaches’ work is often time-limited with specific desired behavioral outcomes. Therapists’ work is open-ended with “understanding” as the primary objective.
